We will deal with your creditors for you and help you to clear your unsecured debts and get back on track to becoming debt free.
Once we have collected all the information we need from you we can work towards the best possible solution. By dealing with your creditors for you we can relieve the stress caused by them chasing you for payments and making threats of legal action.
Debt Management
Debt Management will deal with your debts with the eventual aim of erasing all your outstanding debts. We will produce a debt management plan to achieve this goal.
Debt Management Plan
We can provide you with a service to work out an affordable payment plan for you.
The first step in the plan is for you to provide us with information on your existing debts, who you owe money to and how much you owe. Some of your creditors may not be eligible to be included, these will include any secured debts such as a mortgage or car finance.
Once we know what you owe, we look at what you have coming in and out each month. We look at your income and monthly expenses such as rent/mortgage, food and utility bills.
We can then calculate the amount you can afford to pay each month and attempt to negotiate that amount with your creditors. We will also try to get some of your debts reduced or the interest frozen. Once all your creditors agree to the plan we can put it into operation.
