Hi

I have rang a few times this morning asking various questions etc which have all been answered with great thanks, one question I did ask is that I have a few credit card companies that are not listed but instead of spending time over the phone providing info, could I email the information to you.

The gentlemen I spoke to said yes, make sure you put your reference number and name on email and check in a few hours that you have received same.

This is brilliant for me but i cant find your email address any where.

Please can you provide same as soon as possible,

Just to let you know, we're always improving our online services to make them as friendly and easy to use as possible (which will include being able to add any debts to your plan). In the mean time, you're welcome to send us your creditor information via email.

Our email address is customercare@debt-line.org.uk and as you've said - pop your reference number or postcode on the email for us so we can update your creditor details for you.
