Comments about other companies
The purpose of these forums is to discuss and obtain feedback from Debt Line customers about Debt Line products and processes. The moderators of this forum cannot maintain information, opinions or reviews about other companies.
Nonconstructive Feedback
We appreciate that not all customers will be completely satisfied with our service. We do encourage both positive and negative feedback, however we ask that you keep feedback constructive so that it can be used to improve Debt Line in the future. Feedback that is likely to cause offence, or cannot be substantiated may be edited, moved or deleted.
