Still waiting for refund

I phoned on 09/07/2010 as you took £50.00 from my account I phoned and spoke to a man who assured me that he would cancel my account and refund my £50.00 I am still waiting you have not done any work for me (your advisor told me this) and I want a full refund of my money or I will be taking further action. my postcode is *******

I have had a look at your case file for you. The refund was issued on 20/07/2010, it can take between 3 - 10 working days to appear in your account so it should be with you soon if not now
