hi my acc number is DL******

i have been conatcted by DERS debt enforcement and recovery service for a balance of £258.00 ref number is DEO******
im trying to add this on to my account but this company is not on the system , could you please add this on for me ,
Also i spoke to them today and advised i would be dealing with yourselves in regards to this debt i gave my account number and your contact number , they would not accept this and advised you had to call them and advise that this is the case , what do i do ? as they have threatened me with county court action and interest will be added

I am sorry you have had trouble adding another debt onto your online account. We have the most popular companies on the online list but as there are so many, it does mean we have to manually add them for you sometimes.

I have had a look at your account today and can see that your initial fee for July has actually bounced our end

I can see we have a payment set up for you in August so it is good news that we are getting back on track!

If you could give us all a call in August and one of your account managers will be able to add this debt on for you. Until that point we will have nothing to send over to DERS so it would be best to wait until then to add it to your plan.
