Hi,I have phoned all the companys i debts with to ask them to send me statements so that i can keep track of how much i owe them,after 4 months i still havnt received anything from any of them, could you look into this for me please.Thanx steve.

Thanks for your post, great to see you're on the forum

It's a really good that you have asked for these regular statements from your creditors,while your on the plan, so you can keep a record of everything that happens on these accounts for the duration of the plan. It is their responsibility to provide these statements to you should you request them. I'm disappointed that they haven't got back to you, I would write a written request to them to get this actioned for you as soon as possible.
