Hi there,

I would love to be one of your happy customers, but at the moment I feel a bit lost. I did my application online and it said I would be sent login details. As yet I have not received anything and frankly I am feeling a bit lost. I have no idea what is going to happen next or what I am supposed to do. All I know is that £300 will be taken from my account at the end of the month... Not sure about the rest...

Please help.

Hi Deidre ,

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see that you made your application with us but we haven't got a contact number or email address for you which explains why you didnt receive your login details. If you provide me with those details, I'll be sure to send them over to you privately so you can login to your account.

I can also see that there is a note on your account saying you emailed in to cancel your application. You can re-set it back up online if you choose to but in the mean time I can give you an overview of how our service works. I'm sorry to hear it hasn't been clear up to this point. Basically, as soon as your payments is approved, you will have your own account manager who will start working on your behalf to contact your creditors. They will aim to freeze the interest and charges on your debts and will also ensure that any hassle you may be getting is stopped. Your regular monthly payment of £300 will then be split across your debts until you become debt free, but you will get a welcome call from us anyway to run though this with you.

Let me know if you would feel more comfortable talking it through with someone and I'll arrange for one of our advisors to call you.

Hope that help, any questions please ask.

Kind regards,

Kelly.

Hi Beverley :D

You are right in that we love to reward people who recommend people they know to join us at Debt Line! We love meeting people this way and we think it's only right that we say a big thank you!

We've put our heads together recently and actually come up with a brand new reward too. Instead of Tesco vouchers we are now sending out MasterCard vouchers instead!

These will have £40 loaded on to them, and can be spent anywhere that MasterCard is accepted, so pretty much anywhere! (even Tesco ;))

Not only that but we have decided that we would now like to send these vouchers to both the person who recommended their friend, but their friend too. You don't even need to be a client of ours to recommend someone!

We would love to know any feedback you have about this, and remember, if you know someone who could use a little advice just let us know :D

Take care Beverley.
