I want to echo the comments praising Debt Line. Not only have you changed my life and helped me start rebuilding it, but, believe me, and I'm not being melodramatic, during some very dark times your support did a lot more than that. To anyone who has just joined and is still being contacted relentlessly by creditors, please stick it out. It does get better.

Hi,
I have to say I agree 100% with Steph, DL have been nothing but a huge help to me. They are always courteous on the phone and always try hard to find a solution to your problem. They don't hassle you and make you feel like most creditors do. I can understand people's concerns about getting involved in a DMP, as I was one of those people, but I can honestly say it was the best decision ever, as I now have affordable monthly repayments, so thank you DL.
Thanks once a again.
Danielle

I am pleased to hear that we have made a difference in changing all your lives. We set this as our mission about 4 months ago when I re-evaluated our values as a company. What I like about setting our mission as Changing our Clients Lives, is that it didn't come from me, but came from the amount of calls I listened to where our clients were thanking us for 'Changing their Life' (this was before we had the open forum).
It makes us all proud to know that every day we come to work we actually make a difference to our clients during these hard times.
On behalf of everyone from Debt Line I would like to say thank you, your feedback both positive and constructive criticism is more then welcome.
Regards,
Trevor Franckeiss

Hi all,
It's great to hear we are helping you change your lives. I was wondering if anybody would like to be included in our very first newsletter?
Each of the quarterly newsletters will, I hope, include case studies from our customers, giving their stories and how we have helped them. We would all be really pleased if you could get involved. We are really excited about the very first newsletter that should be launched later this month.
If you are interested please let me know by replying to kim.madley@rgroup.co.uk with information on how we have changed your life since you have been with us!
Many thanks,
Kim Madley,
Brand Manager,
