I just wanted to say a quick hello and let you know what this forum is and why we’ve got one.

So what is it?
The forum is an online message board giving you, our customers, the opportunity to chat with everyone in our company.

Why have we got one?
The thing that we value the most is our customers - and we want to hear from you, which is why we’ve put together this forum as a quick and easy way for you to speak to us.

We want to know what you’re thinking. Whether it’s improvements that you think we could make to our website or something that you think would help improve the service we offer to you. Let us know what it’s like being one of our customers.

In short we want to hear any comment you've got - we have a genuine commitment to making our company the best it possible can be. As our customer you are the most important part of that and the best way we have to measure our success and to improve the service that we provide for you and the rest of our customers.

How do I get involved?
All you need to do is click register in the top right hand corner of the page, fill in your details and hit submit.
Then hit New Post, type your message and you're done.

just joined debtline,confused i cant see the breakdown on where my debts are getting paid

Hi Robert,

Welcome to Debtline! we are really glad to have you on board.

When you are online, if you click onto my statement, you will see that when a payment is made to us by yourself, it will then be paid out to your creditors. How much we pay them is based on how much you owe and how much your debt management plan is.

If you have only just joined, this information will not showing, as its when your second months payment is recieved that this is paid out to your creditors

Hi Popman,

This is a good point. Registered customers who use the forums should be granted with quicker access.

I will forward this post to Darren (our IT team manager) and get one of his team to look into this. It shouldn't take too long as we have just increased our IT team size with two new developers to continue improving our On Line facilities, including this web site and forum.
