Hi all,

We have finally completed all the testing for the new Debt Line On Line system for our Clients! Its looking likely that we will be ready to run a pilot test with about 500 clients on Monday, then another 500 on Tuesday and if all goes well send it out to the full 17,000 clients on Wednesday!

I personally really cant wait to launch the Online Site. Its just the beginning of revolutionising Debt Management for Debt Line. If any of you use the site, it would be really great to get your feedback on what you think.

Hi My name is Adam, you might have seen my picture on the home page. I was one of the core developers who wrote the new online system. You can access this by clicking on My Account, just right at the top of this page.

When you login you can see all your details, click on links to view your statements and debt information. There is plenty in there to get your teeth into, and the design is new, cool and easy to use. I would love to know what you think, any feedback good or bad.

I really think your work with this management website is awsome to elaborate- it allows the user to view their debt, don't know yet if it displays the balance of the debt or debts after an instalment has been paid, if not I hope you will render that as you make further developments to the site, eccelent work, thanks.

Your feedback has been wonderful. However I cannot take all the credit, I work with a very good team who have a passion for IT. We have all put in a lot of over time to get this website up and running as soon as possible. The directors, managers and operators have done an amazing job telling us, what the customers would need so we certainly couldn't have provided this service without the experienced knowledge of our employees. I am so proud and thank you to everyone.
