Rossendales

Rossendales is a debt recovery company.

They buy debt that is in arrears from finance companies, telecommunications suppliers and other companies that you may have fallen behind on your repayments to. Despite them usually buying the debt for much less than you owe, they will often chase you for the full amount of the debt.

Many debt recovery companies have been accused of trying to force customers to pay more than they can afford each month. This breaks rules set out by The Office of Fair Trading.

If you are experiencing problems with repaying Rossendales debt,  fill in our simple form on the right and we’ll call you back to see if we can help.

Your initial consultation with one of our debt advisors is free of charge and you will only ever pay a fee if you enter into one of our debt solutions. To find out more about our fees, please click here.

    "Charges and Interest"

Rossendales are breaking fair trading rules with adding on charges that are illegal. They should have had their licence taken away ny now.

These people are bailiffs first and foremost, Rossendale Collect is an extension of their debt collecting arm, are not known for niceties or cooperation.

Yeah i agree. i have been paying these off monthly but they have been to my old address and my work place. I have had phone calls and intimidation is their way! But don't back down , stand your ground and never let them in your home or sign anything because they have to take what you can afford! I don't like bullies and as far as i am aware there are laws concerning bailiffs, so read up on them because licenses can be taken away if they break the law.You have met your match here Rossendales!
