BPO Collections

BPO Collections is a debt recovery company.

They buy debt that is in arrears from finance companies, telecommunications suppliers and other companies that you may have fallen behind on your repayments to. Despite them buying the debt for much less than you owe, they will usually chase you for the full amount of the debt.

Many debt recovery companies have been accused of trying to force customers to pay more than they can afford each month. This breaks rules set out by the Office of Fair Trading.

If you are struggling to repay BPO Collections debt,  fill in our simple form on the right and we’ll call you back to see if we can help.

Money is going out of my account to these guys and I have no idea why!! So far they have taken £50 out of my account, I'm already on a debt management plan BUT it isn't with BPO. please cease taking money out of my account! I've no idea how you got my details but this is disgusting, you are robing people already in need! This is a new addition to my bank statement and should not be on there! I'm ringing bank and yourselves tomorrow!

No charges are added, BPO do not buy debt they collect it on behalf of the company it is owed to hence why the ful amount must be paid, & nobody is rude everyone is happy to come to an affordable arrangement as long as you are not ripping it.

i wish to address a problem i have had with your company, i have found that every agent i have spoken to has not been in accordence with your own code of conduct. i have found them rude, brash, unhelpfull and down right mean. Also i have now discovered that when i offered to make payments at a smaller amount due to my financial constraints it was the fowarded to myself that you would not take anything less than what you wanted. I have found that this is not allowed and you should have accepted my offer. your company has not once offered me any understanding and the phone calls that i have recieved at a time when my children are in bed is out of order. My husband has spent the last 2 days in hospital have a complicated operation done and so i have had to use the funds set aside for yourself for the bus fare to take his children to visit him. i am utterly shocked and appauled at the fact not one person i have spoken to within the bpo company have acted in accordence to your own code of conduct and i would appriciate at least a little respect and understanding not rudeness and unprofessional behaviour.

i agee i was 4days late making my agreed monthly payment , when i rang them to make my next agreed monthly payment they said my payment was no good and that my debt had been passed on to their doorstep collections department all in thespace of a month ... the guy i spoke to was very rude and it seemed like he wanted me to fall behind with my payments so they can add charges maybe ?
