Mercers are an extremely aggressive company. I have a DMP set up but receive letters and phone calls on a daily basis from Mercers. they say they are waiting for info from my DMP company, when in fact it is the other way round. Mercers are refusing to send info out. Mercers say they have received no payments, but they have. Mercers totally ignore the laws regarding harassment and phone contact. Once a company is handling your debts, you should not be contacted. Mercers ignore this. They say they are trying to help, but they are merely trying to frighten you into paying. They really are the worst kind of people to get involved with.
