Collect Direct

Collect Direct is a debt recovery company.

They buy debt that is in arrears from finance companies, telecommunications suppliers and other companies that you may have fallen behind on your repayments to. Despite them usually buying the debt for much less than you owe, they will often chase you for the full amount of the debt.

Many debt recovery companies have been accused of trying to force customers to pay more than they can afford each month. This breaks rules set out by The Office of Fair Trading.

If you are struggling to repay Collect Direct debt,  fill in our simple form on the right and we’ll call you back to see if we can help.

Your initial consultation with one of our debt advisors is free of charge and you will only ever pay a fee if you enter into one of our debt solutions. To find out more about our fees, please click here.

    "Mindless"

They keep calling me on a number that was re-assigned by BT 4 years ago. They keep doing it after being told. Not even the most basic check for correctness of data. They say they are "only" acting as agent for Vodafone.

"They take the stress off a bit!"

Having had stress from the original finance company, the staff of Collect Direct are polite, friendly and helpfull. They have really taken some of the stress away!
